  Cancellation Terms:

          The "cut-off" date for FULL refunds on your purchase of tickets will be the 15th of June.  After that date, if you are forced to cancel for WHATEVER reason, we will refund 50% of the gross ticket price paid.          

Forms of Payment and Terms:

          Only FULL payment at time of reservation is accepted.  No deposits will be accepted.  Payment may consist of cash...check...Visa or MasterCard...any pure or marked clean precious metals (pure bullion, karated bullion or mill products...or karated clean and MARKED jewelry)

             Refining lots will be accepted, but one must know that there will be a lag time between those who send in refining...as opposed to those paying with other means that are "instant."  This lag time will be for us to either analyze or completely refine the material to pure, and to then calculate the monetary results.  We will determine the lot's type when we receive it, and you will be notified of it's lag time immediately.

          Upon receipt of any material, your name will be placed in chronological order on a master list, and as soon as monetary value of your lot is returned, your reservation for Kraftwerks will be activated.  Of course, we have to charge for the service of refining your material...and we have kept it simple to help you calculate your Kraftwerks payment obligations.  2-1/2% on clean scrap and good filings ($50.00 Min)...... That percentage is on RETURNED GROSS pure metals content, after refining.

           If, after refining, we have found that you have overpaid your admission price...you will receive back from us a ticket and a check. (Or product, if you desire..)  If the amount is short, we will immediately inform you by phone if a balance is due.

            *All returns will be calculated on second London fix on day refining  is completed.
